‘Malinowy Raj’ programme to reward regular guests of Malinowe Hotels.

Terms and conditions of the ‘Malinowy Raj’ programme

1. DESCRIPTION OF THE ‘MALINOWY RAJ’ PROGRAMME ‘Raspberry Paradise’ is a programme of the company Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. with its headquarters in Solec-Zdrój 28-131, Leśna 7. The ‘Malinowy Raj’ programme (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Programme’) is addressed to adult individual guests who use the services of Malinowe Hotels Medical Spa and have given their consent to receive commercial information by electronic means and their consent to process their personal data for marketing purposes. If the above-mentioned consents are revoked, the programme participant loses the privileges resulting from the Malinowy Raj Programme and is obliged to return the card. The programme operates on the basis of the provisions of these Regulations. The Bronze, Silver and Gold Cards, hereinafter referred to as the Program Cards, entitle their holders to the following privileges during stays in the Malinowy Zdrój Hotel, in the Malinowy Dwór Hotel and in the Malinowy Raj Hotel, and when purchasing Balneocosmetics in the above-mentioned hotels and in the Internet shop www.balneokosmetyki.pl. Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to discontinue the Programme, modify the Programme in whole or in a part, at any time or replace it with another programme. The current rules of the Programme can be found at www.malinowehotele.pl. As part of the Programme, Cardholders will receive information on offers, special offers and other important company events. The above information will be sent by electronic mail (e-mail), text message or by post.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE CARDS The Programme Cards are issued by Malinowe Hotels Ltd. and provide the opportunity to participate in the programme. The card is personalised with the holder's name, card number and card name printed on it. The card is issued for an unlimited period of time. The cards are the property of Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. and cannot be sold, transferred or ceded to a third party. The card is not a payment card within the meaning of Article 4 (1) para. 4 of the Banking Act (i.e. Dz. U. of 2002, No. 72, item 665 as amended). The Bronze, Silver and Gold Cards are the property of Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. and in justified cases the company may revoke their validity. In order to become a Bronze Card holder, the value of transactions made at Malinowe Hotels per individual must amount to a minimum of PLN 10,000. To become a Silver Card holder, the value of transactions made at Malinowe Hotels per individual must be a minimum of PLN 20,000. To become a Gold Card holder, the value of transactions made at Malinowe Hotels per individual must amount to a minimum of PLN 30,000. If, during one of their stays, a member of the Malinowy Raj Programme exceeds the given threshold of transactions - they receive the relevant card when checking out or the card will be sent to the address indicated on the registration card. The discounts resulting from the card only apply from the next stay in one of the selected hotels included in the Programme. Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to refuse and not issue the Programme Card to a person who has grossly violated the provisions of the ‘Malinowy Raj’ Programme Regulations or the internal regulations of any of the hotels participating in the Programme. 3. CARD BENEFITS Participants of the Programme receive price discounts on accommodation, gastronomy and other services and products sold and provided at Malinowe Hotels and when purchasing Balneocosmetics. In order to benefit from the price discounts, it is necessary to inform that you are a holder of the Programme Card and present the relevant card: At the reception during check-in and final settlement for your stay. When ordering meals in the hotel restaurant, café etc. At the Music/Night Club. At the reception of the Rehabilitation/Physiotherapy Centre. At the Spa&Wellness Centre/beautician’s. Enter the discount coupon number when purchasing Balneocosmetics at www.balneokosmetyki.pl. In addition, cardholders have the possibility, depending on the type of the Card they hold, to make use of: priority when booking places and services at Malinowe Medical Spa Hotels, A welcome drink on arrival at the hotel, A bottle of wine in the room to welcome you - applies to Gold Card holders, Admission to closed events reserved for Malinowy Raj Programme participants only, room booking held until 12 noon the following day, Late check-out, until 4 p.m., after an earlier arrangement with the hotel reception, and many others, according to the hotel's offer, participation in the prize draw - applies to Gold Card holders. The Malinowy Raj Card discount applies only to services purchased directly at the Malinowe Hotels (also by an e-mail, telephone or online booking system). Price discounts are not cumulative with other discounts and special offers from hotels. The discount granted to the cardholder cannot be combined with other discounts. It is also not applicable for occasional events organised by the hotel as part of special offers. The discount is also not valid for group stays and individual discounted rates.

3.1 PRICE DESCRIPTIONS Basic price - standard prices found in the currently valid price list of the Hotel. Special offers / e.g. treatment package - stay min. 14 days / are not considered the basic price and cannot be treated as the basic price from which the discount for Program Card holders is calculated. There is no discount on such special offers due to the possession of any of the Programme Cards.

3.2. PRICE DISCOUNTS ON ACCOMMODATION The holder of the Bronze Card receives a discount on services provided at Malinowe Hotels of 5% on the basic prices applicable at Malinowe Hotels. The holder of the Silver Card receives a discount on services provided at Malinowe Hotels of 10% on the basic prices applicable at Malinowe Hotels. The Gold Card holder receives a 20% discount on services provided by Malinowe Hotels on the basic prices applicable at Malinowe Hotels. The discount applies only to the room in which the cardholder is staying, and in the case of families with children, the discount also applies to the room for children under 16 living in a separate room.

3.3. RESTAURANT DISCOUNTS Programme participants receive discounts on food at Malinowe Hotels of: 5% of the bill value for Bronze card holders 10% of the bill value for Silver card holders 20% of the bill value fobold card holders The discount only applies to people staying in the room where the cardholder is staying and in the case of families with children, the discount also applies to children living in a separate room. Only one card is honoured per table. To take advantage of the food discount, the card must be presented before ordering, or the payment must be transferred (in the case of cardholders living in the hotel) to the account of the room occupied, and the discount will be given at the final billing for all services.

3.4. DISCOUNTS ON COSMETIC AND THERAPEUTIC TREATMENTS Participants in the Programme receive discounts on treatments offered at the Spa & Wellness Centres/beauty salon and Rehabilitation Centres of Malinowe Hotels in the amount of: 10% of the bill value for Silver card holders The discount only applies to people staying in the room where the cardholder is staying and in the case of families with children, the discount also applies to children under 16 living in a separate room. To take advantage of the discount, you must present your card before making a purchase, or transfer (for cardholders living in the hotel) the payment to the account of the room occupied, and the discount will be given at final billing for all services.

4. THE POSSIBILITY OF LEAVING THE ROOM AT A LATER HOUR All Silver Card holders or Gold Card holders have the opportunity to stay in the hotel room until 4 p.m. on the day of departure, provided they inform reception the ewll in advance. This offer may be limited due to room availability.

5. LOSS OF A CARD Any case of lost, stolen or other case of loss of the card must be reported to the Marketing Department of Hotel Malinowy Zdrój, Malinowy Raj or Malinowy Dwór. Once reported, a new named card will be issued.

6. CARD RETURN Each guest has the right to return the Bronze, Silver or Gold card. The return of the card is tantamount to cancellation of participation in the Programme. 7. FINAL PROVISION By joining the Programme and using the Programme Cards, the cardholder accepts these regulations. The card holder agrees that Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. will store, in a computer database, information regarding the use of the cards by card holders. The following data will be processed for this purpose: name and surname, address, PESEL (to identify the card holder), e-mail address, telephone number. This data may be used for marketing and advertising purposes on the basis of the consent given. Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. will not sell, exchange or rent this data to companies not directly connected with the Program. The above data will be processed on the basis of the EU General Regulation of 27th April, 2016. Following art. 13. par. 1 and 2. we inform you that: The administrator of your personal data is Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. at Leśna 7, 28-131 Solec -Zdrój. A Data Protection Inspector has been appointed and can be contacted on all matters related to the processing of personal data at e-mail address: iod@malinowehotele.pl. The regulations shall enter into force on 20th February, 2023.
